“Where are the
Miller site photos?”

Under the Miller site address. Where your crew put it.

Your crew picks the address and uploads. SurvPic keeps every photo, drone set, and deliverable together under that site — date, uploader, coordinates, and batch attached without anyone typing them. No renaming. No “IMG_4821 final”.

SurvPic — photo batches filed under one address

How it works

1Shoot on site

Crew picks the address, shoots, uploads. Add a note like “posting” — or don't.

2Everything lands together

Photos, drone sets, and CAD/PDF deliverables under one address, tagged with who and when.

3Send the client a link

Pick the photos or files they asked for, send one link. No login on their end, expires when you say, download on or off.

One library. Web and mobile.

The office works from the web app. The crew works from their pocket. Same sites, same photos, same files.

Web app — batches under one address
WEBEvery batch under its address — who uploaded, when, and what they called it. Search, download all, share.
Mobile app — site photo view
MOBILEBuilt for muddy thumbs. Two taps from pocket to uploaded. Add a note like “high water mark” — or don't. It's filed either way.
THE OFFICE VIEW

What the office sees

Open the address. See the batch the crew sent this morning, where each shot was taken, and — one click in — who took it, when, and the coordinates. Download one, download all, or send the client a link.

Gallery — Road Layout and Forms batch under the address
1 · BATCHThe “Road Layout and Forms” batch, filed under the address.
Map — the same photos pinned on the site
2 · MAPThe same shots, pinned where they were taken — when your device records location.
Lightbox — photo with date taken, date uploaded, uploader and coordinates
3 · DETAILDate taken and date uploaded are separate — you'll know which is which.
FILES

Deliverables live with the photos

CAD, PDFs, and field exports live under the same address as the photos. Folders, not a flat dump — the road layout sits next to the shots of the road.

Files tab — folder tree with CAD_Files, Field_Files, Orthophotos and PDF, plus .dwg files under the address

The client asks. You send a link.

Choose the photos or the folder, set whether they can download, and share. They open it in a browser — no account, no zip in an email. Links expire. Downloads are counted. And it doesn't matter how big the job is — orthophotos, LiDAR, CAD — nothing hits an attachment limit, because it's just a link.

Share dialog — allow download, expiry, download limit
YOUPick six photos, set the link to expire in 30 days, cap the downloads. Done.
